Quite daunting if you don't know where the water is! Course looks great from view points...nice cut fairways and greens not bad. If not a long hitter just play safe!!!

Both courses in fantastic condition but prefer the lakes course. Great food and friendly staff. What more do you need.

I have played the lakes and Dawson course over the last week. Both had good greens and the lakes is the shorter of the two but you need to be accurate. The 17th on the lakes is one of the most challenging holes on the course. The Dawson is longer and for that reason the harder of the two courses.

The course is in excellent condition, both the Lakes and Dawson course are challenging but not too much, the would spoil your enjoyment of the game and the beautiful layout of the club.

Just renewed my membership. These courses deserve the reviews received. Greens and fairways are magnificent. Looking forward to my 3rd year as a member. For September there can't be a better track in the area.

Accuracy is the key round this tough course. It's called the Lakes for a reason.

Got a very cheap round on tee off times for £11 worth every penny. Greens were mint.

A choice of two lovely courses from April and one in Winter. The Lakes course is picturesque but take plenty balls as errors will mean the water will swallow them up. Dawson is fairly flat with not top many bunkers. The only distractions are the wildlife and scenery

Well laid out course from 1to 18 challenging and punishing rough. It's easy to see why they hold Euro pro tour events here.

As a regular here now as I joined on the option 2 deal, the courses are getting better as the summer has gone with consistant greens week after week. I was a member years ago but now you would not recognise the place.best decision I have made.
