What The Club Says
Situated just 15 miles north of Newcastle, this course is one of the North East’s gems. The course was designed by six times Open champion Harry Vardon and offers you a golfing experience that is as picturesque as it is challenging. The 18 hole parkland course set in about 130 acres of undulating Northumberland countryside is often used for national and county events.

Very undulating

Belting Morpeth
Playing here for the first time the pro really friendly and helpfulI was invited to join Craig a member and we enjoyed a fantastic round the course was in excellent condition fairways well defined the greens fast and true
I would definitely recommend Morpth and I look forward to playing their in the future

Best greens around!
Obviously there has been a lot of water of late so in places the course has been altered due to this and it has shortened certain holes.BUT don't let this detract from the fact the course is in rude condition and plays excellently. The green staff have done a cracking job and I must say the greens are really the truest around. Excellent greens!

Best greens around!
