What The Club Says
The 6700 yard, 18 hole par 72 course was designed by ex Ryder Cup captain Mark James and celebrated course architect Andrew Mair. Burgham Park is a championship parklands course located in the Northumbrian countryside 9 mile North of Morpeth and 2 mile South of Felton just off the A1. It has panoramic views of the Simonside hills to the West and the coast to the East. Set in beautiful rolling countryside this course provides a challenging round for all abilities. The maturing parklands with water hazards, is both beautiful and tranquil and includes some of the finest greens in the region.

Excellent course plenty variation
Tee boxes are well kept. The fairways were good but the rough can be brutal. Thoroughly recommend a game.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course
Hadn't played for a few years, but it's still a great course. Some long holes, but fairways are generally wide, so you can relax a little. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Always a pleasure
Played here for a couple of years now and it remains a pleasure to play and always a challenge. Priestman course feels longer and wider, but challenging and by the time you have completed the 16th you will know you have played golf. The views are amazing. Course in brilliant condition, some fantastic holes. Don't be fooled into big drive all the time. Greens a little sandy and bumpy but that's due yo essential work being carried out.The Hunting course is an all together different prospect. Some wonderful holes, but you need course management to get around.
Club house very friendly, golf shop well stocked and decent prices.
Food a little pricey in the club house, but that's the price you pay for quality facilities.
Enjoyed this place so much, became a member.

Well worth a visit
At first glance the course appears to be straightforward; it is a good challenge of golf. The course is in immaculate condition, from tee box to green on every hole. P.S. don't go in the rough!(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 92 Handicap: 18.8)
