Cut my teeth on this course many moons ago. A bit scruffy, but still devilish. Watch out for the footgolf flags and ensure you are going for the green.
This course is very hard despite being short. It does play longer than the yardage.

Not a bad course but plaued better
Not a bad course but needs some tlc. Greens need some looking after. Looks like the winter has taken it's tole on them . Could do with temporarily grrens in winter(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 30.8)

First 9 holes were poor but back nine are much better . Some of the greens need some attention. This is a much better course in the summer but is good value for money

Fairways have divot holes and small twigs and branches from recent high winds.
Greens need cutting and pitch marks need repairing.

Urban gem
Great little course hidden away in an industrial estate. Greens in great condition and fairways not bad for the time of year. Some holes have a real links feel. A lot of the holes are quite tight and require precision play, especially on the front 9. I enjoyed the round, the course was quiet which allowed me to go round in just over 3 hours. Practice facilities weren't great, so I went straight out on the course.

A nice enough public course in North London, in reasonable condition. Not that long but fairly narrow/tight so not easy. Some really simple basic improvements would help, for example number the tee boxes as navigating the course is not always obvious. Ilford is a narrow and fairly flat course. There are about 3 holes played over the river that runs through the course which is quite fun. The fairways can therefore become water-logged during bad weather spells and we've played before with temporary greens which isn't good. On one occasion it was very bad but the guy in the Club Shop wouldn't give us a discount or appease us. He isn't always the most approachable - i'm not sure who's in club shop this year (I'm just submitting old score cards!). The groundskeepers are quite friendly.

Shadow of its former self as foot golf share course now but still have to keep your ball straight slice or hooks can easily cost you balls in Lake or River Lea
