Lovely course in Leicestershire countryside
This is a very nice course, with pictursque holes set in the Hemplow hills between Market Harborough and Lutterworth. There is a good variety of holes, and being set on an old sand quarry it drains well in wet weather.Reviewer Rating

It's growing on me
Links style course with driving range, poor quality balls, chipping and putting greens with bunker no pitching/short game area. The course was in excellent condition but greens needed another few weeks growth to putt nicely. so a bit bobbly and offered no confidence.
Fairway excellent, bunkers are a let down very compacted and hard panned.
nice layout and always a tough 1/2 club wind in either direction
First team match: food was excellent can't fault the lamb shank.

First time of trying
Course was in good playable condition despite all the weather over the past couple of months. Greens a bit bobbly but all in all a good challenging course.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 92 Handicap: 20.6)

Great course, slow players.
This is a great course for all handicap players. A course of two halfs, the front nine plays like a links course with the back nine more like an American target golf course with lots of water. Plays great in winter due to its sandy soil but this also leads to it being very firm and fast in summer. Only downside is the appalling pace of play from the some of the membership groups that have there roll ups. This course should be done in 3.5 hours as a fourball get stuck behind the dodders and you will be out for almost 5 !Reviewer Rating

Great course for winter golf
The course was playing reasonably well, considering the recent snow and heavy rain we have had. The only thing letting it down at present was some damage around some greens, and tee areas. This is caused by crows searching for food. In general though, the course was in great shape for this time of year.(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 13.7)
