Course in fantastic condition, from tee box to greens. Rough is thick but not too long!

Played the course recently and despite obviously having been well used during recent poor weather the course played very well. The tees looked a little tired but the fairways and greens were very good and the course played very well and we all enjoyed our day if not always the standard of our golf ! As always we were well looked after off the course too and we look forward to our next visit to Kilworth Springs later in the year.

Finally got chance to play this course...and wasn't disappointed. Definitely an open links feel with holes that invite you to give it a rip, but then catch you out with crazy rough and perfectly placed bunkers and ditches. Great value through August deal and twilight ticket. Nice range, bar and friendly members. Greens in great condition

Played with a society. It was a particularly windy day -don't know if the course suffers from this on a regular basis, but it was a good challenge all the same. This is a pretty flat course with some great features. Just enough sand and water. As a relative beginner to golf I'd be more than happy to come back here. The facilities were excellent and I particularly liked the halfway house on the 10th for a quick bite and coffee whilst we watched the group in front tee off. Well worth a visit.

Great course. Course in great condition for the sunny summer. Well watered and nice, well filled bunkers if not a few stones.

Golfshake Team ReviewNever played before but want an excellent surprise. Lovely welcoming bustling club that is also under going a few clubhouse updates which is great to see.

The course is very much a course of 2 halves. The front 9 is pleasing on the eye and presents what looks like a fairly easy set of holes but don't be fooled with the tight fairways and rough you can easily be misled. The holes are varied with some nice undulation given parts of the course were previously quarried but this doesn't cause undulation in your stance given the clever design layout, the 6th is a lovely par 3 downhill.

The back 9 changes slightly with the introduction of water on several of the holes. Again you are presented with well manicured holes, greens in excellent condition and the added addition to the thought process of the water. The 18th finishes with another nice par 3 playing over water.

Kilworth Springs is a lovely friendly course and definitely worth visiting, the only negative comment I could make is that the bunkers (I only went in 2), seemed to be lacking sand and did have a few stones. This however is something I would imagine they will be maintaining over the season ahead and it wouldn't stop be going back in fact I wouldn't hesitate to play again!
