Great Reception
To look for faults at any golf club is simply petty, Huntswood has an intriguing course, it may only be a Par 69 but the challenge to stay straight and think about your shots makes it definitely a challenge. It is without doubt a club course, members have the advantage over the visitor, they know the quirks, the doglegs, bunkers and gullies. For the visitor however, the over riding and lasting impression will be of the welcome, the Pro Shop, the Bar, the members, all do an outstanding job of making feel like a person they would like to be a member. Play Huntswood if you can, make your own decision about the course, unfortunately I did find a few of the wrong ball positions, but I enjoyed it.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 97 Handicap: 22.9)

"A Tight Little Tester"
Huntswood GC represents a great challenge in that the course has comparatively small fairways which are protected by many 'out-of-bound' areas thus hitting the ball straight is imperative. The greens are deceiving as are most of the hole layouts themselves.Reviewer Rating

Will be nicer in the summer
Nice little course, bit of a weird layout, had very good bunkers with decent sand, but the greens were very slow - I suspect this is due to the wet conditions of late and it would be better in the summer months.Reviewer Rating

Great summer evening of golf
Quite a short tight course where the sensible golfer leaves the big stick in the car. Most holes require good accurate iron play so know your distances, some of the greens require a precise landing zone. Not busy on the course but the bar was packed out with diners so the food must be good.Reviewer Rating

Lovely
I really enjoyed this course, it's very short which encourages lower scores which gives you confidence. Lovely staff. Can't wait to play there again.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 18.7)

Great value course in great condition
A tight course with some annoying out of bounds. The greens look and play great at this time of year. Bonus, saw deer run through the course, a lovely sight so close to SloughReviewer Rating
