Will be nicer in the summer

Nice little course, bit of a weird layout, had very good bunkers with decent sand, but the greens were very slow - I suspect this is due to the wet conditions of late and it would be better in the summer months.

Not the longest or most enjoyable course to play. Practice facilities aren't good, could do with some driving nets or chop down a load of trees and build a small driving range. Clubhouse good as was the food. Will I return to play, probably not.

Great summer evening of golf

Quite a short tight course where the sensible golfer leaves the big stick in the car. Most holes require good accurate iron play so know your distances, some of the greens require a precise landing zone. Not busy on the course but the bar was packed out with diners so the food must be good.

Friendly place, lots of variety.

A nice course with some tricky holes. It only has the one par 5 at the end so it seems a small course. It's quite a pretty place and there's a friendly welcome there. The cost is reasonable.

Lovely

I really enjoyed this course, it's very short which encourages lower scores which gives you confidence. Lovely staff. Can't wait to play there again.

A tight course with some annoying out of bounds. The greens look and play great at this time of year. Bonus, saw deer run through the course, a lovely sight so close to Slough

Played here for the second time this summer. Sunday afternoon round was £11pp. Remarkably good value for a scenic and well presented, if short, course. Only one par 5, the 18th and a long stretch of back to back par 4s in the middle make it a little monotonous for a stretch but all in an enjoyable course to play, especially if like me you are in need of practice on a course that presents a challenge but won't beat you up mentally and physically. Pro shop was closed at 4pm on a Sunday which was a slight disappointment but not the end of the world. Friendly staff in the clubhouse and a relaxed atmosphere make this a course anyone can feel welcome playing.

A nice Course but a little deceptive. When setting up on the 1st and subsequent tees you will be forgiven for thinking that ?this should be easy?. Some find it so, but a lot don't as they discover when scores are totted up at the end of the round. The Holes seem quite snuggly packed in places and you need to keep an eye out for wayward shots coming your way. The 13 th tee is at particular risk from tee-shots from the 12th. But if you play this Course, I think that you might well return for another game.

Well kept, scenic and dry

A budget favorite well suited to shorter hitters with a very fiendish 9th hole back towards the clubhouse.

Some nice elevation changes and really the only thing missing is water, stays well drained even in the wettest months and has a nice basic practice range, green and bunker.

Perfect for a quick round

Local spur of the moment course for me. Great for trying new gear, condition of the greens, bunkers, fairways & t-boxes better than some major courses I have played. Excellent value for money I paid £15 for 18.
