The event was a great event and the club house and greens were great the fairways are clearly having a lot of drainage work and this needs to settle in a bit

Good course, lovely Clubhouse and excellent catering and service. I\'ve always liked Finchley GC but won\'t be back until the outrageous buggy charge goes back to being reasonable. £52 is far more than any other similar course and cost almost as much as the golf day! Not fair on those of us who are carrying injuries.

This course was a pleasant surprise. It plays a lot more difficult than it's yardage suggest (I won our society day with 35 points) and the greens are excellent, if a bit hard to hold. The 12th is a fantastic uphill par 3 and the 18th is a very good closing hole, although beware the ditch at the bottom of hill. At least 3 of the par 4s are driveable.

Course is in good condition,and fair challenge. Club facilities is just acceptable.
It is disappointed to said that member is charting so loudly close to 18th hole.

The course is quite open with holes running close together which means that occasionally you have players crossing paths. The back 9 is the better of the two stretches with some interesting holes. Some par 5s should really be par 4s. Greens were in great condition, but quite tricky with lots of break.

Great course with lightning greens. Very dry which meant you needed to pitch the ball 50 yards short and let it run on the green

Have played there a few times this year. The course itself is very good though the greens were not in a great condition, with varied holes & terrain especially the 12th par3, tests your nerve. The clubhouse is beautiful externally but needs updating on the inside. Barfood was average. Members are pleasant & friendly. Paid £20 midweek with a member in early Nov 08.

Haven't played here for years. A very mature hilly parkland course. Lots of blind shots over ridges. Overall in good condition but some bunkers had water in them and sand was soggy.

Greens now perfect in terms of pace & receptiveness. Fairways good but still a little patchy here & there. Still no real ales in the bar but food v passable.
