Great downland course
Lots of interesting holes with gradient changes offering a test of golf and some great views across London.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 23.4)

A good challenge
The course may not seem to be too difficult but the green can be very quick and difficult. You have to put well to get a good score round this course.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 100 Handicap: 22.3)

great greens
The greens on this course were at a very high standard, also very challenging, you have to have a good eye to make you're putt's(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.3)

Weird and wonderful? Sublime and absurd? Play this course a couple of times and you'll be hooked.A very links-like feel to the undulating turf that is up on Epsom Downs and subject to every bit of breeze going. Some sloping lies, some up and down hill holes, some narrow fairways and some wide open drives - they've packed a lot into 5,700 yards. And on all the short par 4s where you think you can attack the greens slope away from you and punish the overly bold.
Which brings us to the greens. Like something designed by Salvador Dali on acid they have their major trends, but within that they have so many smaller ripples to tip the ball this way and that. You will not have played greens like these anywhere else. If you avoid a 4-putt on your first visit it will be major achievement.

Challenging parkland course . Many varied holes of a comfortable length. A few wet areas when played in the summer so I cannot comment what the condition would be like though the winter.Reviewer Rating

Great course
Challenging short course with testing greens, that has a hint of links about it. Amazing views over London too from some of the holes. Very friendly and welcoming.(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 89 Handicap: 18.7)

Great views and interesting challenge
Wasn't a fan of this when I first played it as some of the holes seem squeezed into the landscape so are a little quirky. However if you accept this and the challenge it presents with fast undulating greens it becomes an enjoyable course to play. I particularly like the setting alongside the racecourse and the views across London.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic Greens, amazing views, tricky layout. The pro said do not miss it long, listen top the pro. Will play again, loveley challenge.
My only criticism is that finding holes was a problem, so maybe a better signed up course pointing patrons in the right direction is recommended.
