Thank you Teeofftimes for making this £5.50 for 9 holes
played in 30'c heat and it showed at the end of the round lol
rain earlier in the week kept fairway fresh, although the rough was not long was lush so caused us some difficulty hitting or even finding balls
but the birdie 2 on the 4th was just the most stunning shot Ive ever hit, flag behind the bunker but still put the ball 2 ft away great
over all good day been had by all

Thank you teeofftimes making this a bargain 9 holes at £5.50
Lovely wide fairways forgiving to the max
Fairways were slightly longer grass than last week did make the balls fly
but did let me hit the 3wood off the deck beautifully
Greens were slower that last week made it hard to 2 put which killed my round off

All in all a very disappointing course, greens in a very disappointing state don't think they had been mowed that particular morning which was a surprise for a Monday and it was a fairly decent day. Couldn't tell the difference between the fairways and semi rough and teen were quite untidy and generally not well kept. But what really topped my day off was the rudeness from one of the green staff, whistling at the top off his well his whistling voice and not stopping to let me play my shot when ever he drove past me on a blue tractor pulling some kind of mowing equipment, when I politely asked him t stop whilst i took my shot he simply yelled abuse at me which was very uncalled for, despite being shocked and upset i managed t keep my cool and completed my round. Surprising to say i will not be back to this course and i would strongly advice you not to either.

Surprisingly nice 9 hole course, in exceptional condition. Only criticism is the greens would have benefitted from a trim.

I played this course yesterday evening and really enjoyed my round despite no playing very well.
For a municiple course it was in excellent condition, with well kept tees, fairways and greens.
We played from the white tees and it is a fairly long course requiring drives from the tees on the Par 4's and 5's. There are some tight places on the course also, the second shot on hole 5 is blind and a little daunting the first time you play the course.
Overall I really enjoyed my round there and will definely be back to try and beat my score now that I know where I am going.

For a municipal course the conditions are generally very good, (considering the amount of wet weather lately), and well kept by the green keepers. The two courses, 9 hole par 3 and the main par 36 are long and testing. The par 3 isn't a pitch & putt, the average handicap players should take along all their clubs. The main course is interesting with 4 long par 4 s to let your driver loose. The first hole par 5 is a little daunting when playing off the white tee, but OK after that. On the downside the course is close to a residential area where all the locals seem to have dogs and bring them on the course, for you know what! Not only locals, but some come by car with their mutts.

Good for beginners or if you are on your own and need to practice at a cheap course. Greens are poor because its public but 9 holes plays long so you can test your long game out.

I really like this course, it is within walking distance of my house so I've played it often. Really excellent fairways for the money and the greens are soft and of a medium pace. It is pretty long and if you don't get a good tee shot away you'll struggle.
The par three is not a pitch and putt! The par three has got some really good length holes and will have most golfers reaching for there 3-iron!

Just a 9 hole course but enjoyable. There is also a par3 course which is not as easy as it sounds.

An excellent course even though it is a public course. Greens were excellent and the general condition and the layout of the coure was superb. Although a nine hole course I didn't get bored a second time around. A definate must if you can play when its not busy, we got stuck behind a few hackers at times. Overall a great test of golf and a surprise that is has so many hackers on as its a long course and a difficult test. If you think you can play a bit then this is a must, tight fairways, small greens and lots of hazards and out of bounds.

A great course for beginners and high handicappers. For a municipal course the greens and fairways are in good shape (plays on main greens nearly all year, only heavy and prolonged frost sees the use of temporaries). All fairways come up to the tees and are wide and forgiving. It is a long course with 4 of the 5 par 4s over 400 yards. Only green side bunkers and all to the side of the greens. Two ponds but only one comes into play and you do not have to hit over it. The hidden hazard is the ridge and furrow on four fairways and the gentle slopes on the others which means not too many shots are from flat lies.
