Great course, nice and open so allows for the higher handicap golfer to enjoy themselves and lose less balls

Fantastic pay & play long 18 hole challenging golf course Great friendly members and staff - great bar fully stocked Food is average good pro shop driving range is dated but large & cheap - pitch & putt area is ok for 50-60 yard chipping practice located out the back by driving range.

Good course
Generally in very good nick apart from a bit bare on some of the fairways. Greens very good. Interesting course with good balance of challenge and fairness.Particularly good value for seniors.

Excellent service great golf course greens are very fast fairways are kept in great condition not too busy and clubhouse was open for a can of beer

Really nice course - some tricky traps down the sides of the fairways and some well-guarded greens. Very well maintained feel all round.

interesting
first round at Downshire and wasn't disappointed. lots of interesting holes with many dog legs. will be going back in summer when the trees have leaves on(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 80 Handicap: 16.5)
