Course in good condition needs some sand in the bunkers food good and friendly staff very good course

Great course and in brilliant condition

Played cobtree for the first time this summer having played most other courses in the area over the years and have to say it was quickly my favourite in and around Medway and Maidstone. Very picturesque with challenging yet rewarding holes. It seems the course has been thought out well with tight tree lined fairways, bunkers and water used well to make it challenging. Not the longest course around but still plenty of opportunity to get the big stick out. The course condition in the last 2 weeks I've played has been fantastic as well, greens superb with nice fairways and well maintained rough. Super twilight for ?12 as well!

Course in very good condition considering all the rain we have had the greenkeepers work very hard to keep this course in a good playing condition at all times, well done to all cobtree staff.

Beautiful course

Cobtree Manor is a lovely course to play on. Not too difficult and the greens were in great condition

Nice day for a free game

Had a freebie through mytime . So felt good almost got a hole in one past the hole 1foot in line with pin ????lot of excitement from our 4 ball as it passed the hole .

Course in outstanding condition for time of the year. The cheap green fees means you get a great course for a fraction of the price of other courses.
