What the club says: A rolling countryside bordered by a host of mature pines help set the perfect scene for this course which was designed by the legendary Donald Steel. Nestled in the heart of the Garden of England, the course uses all the natural features to make it a most enticing venue. As for the golf itself, the fairways are long and narrow and each of the 18 holes exhibits its own personality. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes the opposite, but they can never be taken for granted, by even the most capable of golfers! The deceptive 7th hole is technically considered the easiest but beware, you'll need pinpoint accuracy to avoid the steep drop off on three sides of the green.

Good variation of holes, plenty of trees and surrounding woodlands made for a pleasant game. The greens were decent for the time of year, would expect them to be better in the summer. Not a particularly long course but still a fair challenge.Reviewer Rating

Nearly there
The course is amazing and has some challenging holes, greens are fast, fairways in good condition, the only draw back is the bar, which is expensive, and is lacking staff.Reviewer Rating

Tough greens
Nice course too many flying ants can’t be helped and crap on the greens, the par 4’s are extremely long esp if your drives are a tad wayward, on the whole nice course but not up there with my favouritesReviewer Rating

Drainage improvements but still a little muddy
Course was playing relatively well but grass is long as cutters not been able to get out there yet. Drainage chnages can be seen to be improving the course but 1, 2 and 8 still show signs of major "floods". Green a bit bumpy and tees may need to be rotated a bit more. But overall played nicely for this time of year.Reviewer Rating

Two long par 5s are definitely a challenge when it's wet and the ball isn't carrying as far.
Other than that it must be quite a straightforward course as it's the first round I've played without loosing a ball!
Facilities seemed good, only went to the pro shop to check in and get token for the range beforehand, the Driving range is limited to irons due to its size, the covered bays and mats are in good condition, good range for a quick warm up before the round.
My only criticism of the course is the walk between some of the holes is a bit of a distance and could be better sign posted in some places, particularly the walk from the 9th to the 10th.
This is by no means enough to put me off playing again, I can imagine it's a lovely course to play in the dryer months and will definitely be back then.

Below Par
The course was very wet, and has seen a lot of foot fall which has created a lot of sludge, not ideal for golf, the sports bar was under manned, so a lot of waiting around to order drinks.Reviewer Rating

Great Course
I played to Tudor Park on Friday11 November and the rainfall during the week prior was significant in Kent. So I was expecting some very wet fairways and almost everything we associate with Winter Golf to be prevailing. However, Tudor Park was the complete opposite - the tees, fairways and approcahes were excellent and the ground conditions were superb, The greens were the stand out feature as they were firm, fast and true. Even the Autumn leaves were missing, clearly having been collected up by the greens staff. The Course Manager and the greens team have to commended on such a fine set up and course maintenance programme, especially set againts the heavy rainfall earlier that week.Reviewer Rating
