What The Club Says
Cobtree Manor Park Golf Course is located on the outskirts of Maidstone and is very easy to find being just seconds off the the M20. It's easy to see why this venue is one of the most visited courses in Kent, with a stunning 18-hole layout, USGA-specification greens and welcoming Clubhouse with a large decking area adjacent to the 18th green.
The course was built in the 1960s amongst rolling parkland, with several water features integrated into the design of the holes.

Drainages
Condition of the course is average as the drainage ditches have to heal .. a lot of bareness surrounding the greens. Overall it is a well shaped course but in need of a lot of TLC. Greens are slow at the moment but true . Always a challenge and course management is paramount.Reviewer Rating

Great value
Cob tree is a very well shaped course with interesting and challenging holes. Course management is paramount . Plenty of room for errors. But fair results for good management. Greens- are good but not fastReviewer Rating
