Although not a long course it has some nice scenic holes and very good fairways and greens. Nice friendly atmosphere and the course was not busy at all when we played on a Monday afternoon. My only observation is that like Cray Valley that is also owned by mytimeactive, the bunkers would all benefit from a few lorry loads of fresh sand.

Being a MyTime golf member together with some similar pals, we thought we'd make the trip down to Maidstone to check out this course on a sunny Monday in June. Wow what a treat. The course clearly has some great staff. The course is kept in great condition akin to a Private club, with tees and greens watered, so that despit the recent very dry weather the short irons went into receptive greens. Very pretty little course that has some challenging holes despite its short length overall. Low handicappers will no doubt "tear it apart", but for mid to high h/c golfers its a wonderful find. all in our 3 ball said they would definitely be returning. Only critique would be that the flag positions are not indicated as at other mytime courses by colour-coding and that some of the on-course signage could be improved.

Good society venue. Close to the M20 and A229 so there is a bit of traffic noise on a few holes. This is more than made up for by the good and intersting layout of the course and picturesque view. Course in good condition.

Played Sunday, course was in a horrendous state. Don't think they had cut one fairway. Close to being unplayable extremely boggy. Obviously balls got muddy but no ball washers had any water in them. Can't see any improvements made other than new flags and tee box markers. We are a regular 4 ball but sad to say can't see use returning any time soon. Worse of all we were charged £35 to play a quagmire!

The course has never looked so good at this time of year , there are a few gur areas on the front 9 due to excavation diggings but are now levelled and in the process of reseeding. The greens are in good condition apart from certain pay and play players that do not seem to have a pitch mark repairing tool. A par 69 but a tight course and it needs to be played well to achieve the scores players are striving to achieve

Mytime's little beauty!
For a pay and play course Cobtree Manor Golf Club has beautiful greens and lovely fairways.The course's track is very interesting and no hole is like the other. Being a shorter course under 6,000 yes doesn't mean it's a pushover. Tight fairways require accurate hitting.

Course in fantastic condition
First played here 10 years ago and the course is now in much better condition, greens are immaculate. The pro shop has now gone and the bar area is very tired however they lady I spoke to said they're waiting for a clubhouse refurbishment.Reviewer Rating
