Better than it was a couple of years ago
Played here recently, I vowed to never return here a couple of years ago but heard things have improved from.a friend so we decided to give it a go. looking at other reviews I thought most were fair but for the price I was more than happy! one reviewer said some fairways were wet underfoot and some frozen.... well it is winter!!!!!!!!!you can tell the course has suffered with neglect over the years but looking at some of the other courses Mytime run it's no surprise, shame really.
I'll be back in the summer when things dry out... or defrost lol

Acceptable course for winter golf
Cobtree maintains their course to an acceptable standard considering the winter conditions, winter mats, greens are puttable and mostly fair. Fairways are still wet underfoot and sometimes frozen.Reviewer Rating

Played this woodland course on a fine day but heavy rain previously had left areas of very soggy ground, The fairway grass was quite long making finding the ball tricky.

Hidden gem of a course loads of trees and wildlife which really make?s cobtree attractive on a sunny day you would think you was playing abroad. Tight but not too challenging

a real friendly gem
Cobtree has the best maintained greens and fairways of all the Mytimeactive courses in Kent. The layout is very relaxingly beautiful and a pleasure to play. Tight fairways make accuracy a premium, since the 69 par makes it a shorter course.Reviewer Rating
