Played this course a couple of times now the course is in very good condition but for me it's a little to flat and open

Quite a lot of work being done to improve the course, including many new tees, which are not yet finished, paths which are and tree trimming which shows as being new as there are few leaves at this time of year.
Played in early April, which is probably too early in the year to be too critical. Greens were reasonably quick and rolling quite true. Bunkers were well maintained and with good soft sand that you could get a club through (I know because I had occasion to use them). Fairways seemed reasonable, but difficult to see where they ended for "preferred lies" - very short rough at this time, so with the course still reasonably open, easy to score well.

still an awful lot of water on the course, only just open ,wouldnt need much more.

Greens are very good still but with ice collecting on golfers shoes lots of little indentations on them. the grass tees are ok.
Very wet underfoot unfortunately and quite a lot of muddy patches.

Rough is growing very quickly and is need of cut, greens also require a cut as the grss is starting to seed, played ok but missed a few putts.
