Too many holes are close to each other, tee boxes next to greens, 17 is a Mickey Mouse hole,
Clubhouse is nice and staff very polite

pretty course
Leighton Buzzard is not long but is challenging with tight fairways and lots of trees.Greens were excellent and ran very true.
You really have to plot your way round to make a good score.
Well worth a visit.

I didn't think the fairways and greens were in that great a condition for the time of year.
Clubhouse is very nice and staff very polite.

Good challenging course
Leighton Buzzard can be challenging for those of us who are slightly wayward off the tee! Some very tight fairways, but overall a wellmaintained course.

Lovely course
Course was in good condition despite the hot weather we have had. Greens had been hollow tined recently so unfortunately a bit slow (but this has to be done so just unfortunate to play when they were a tad slow) Balcony overlooking 10th tee and 18th green is good to sit and enjoy a drink after play. Would definitely recommend playing here. Very friendly members and great food here.Reviewer Rating

Great layout
Went as part of a charity golf day, had an amazing time. Course is tough but fair, although some holes are in need of work after the summer we've had. Hospitality was second to none, but as i say it was a charity day so you would expect it to be good.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 14.1)

Really interesting course
Very tight on most holes, only the newer holes are at all forgiving. Tees, greens and fairways all in great condition. Strange layout in places with crisscrossing holes, but common sense makes it no problem.(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.8)

As a guest of the Bedfordshire Past Captains Society I didn't have to pay, but the food was everything they promised, and the round was at a comfortable pace. There are a few points on the course where tees/greens (and even adjoining fairways) are a little close, so keep vigilant, and if anyone does shout 'fore' be aware. The course itself is quite tight (especially the last 2 holes) so go for straightness rather than length - it'll save you a lot of shots!
Overall a nice course and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Great club facilities, quite expensive to play. I don't like the criss-crossing holes and the long steep walks on slippery paths

A great variety of holes with plenty of elevation changes, blind tee shots, short par 4s.
There is some areas where common sense is needed with tees placed very close to greens of other holes, such as the 8th and 9th.
I like this place so much, I joined!

Some very tight holes (especially the 17th). and quite small greens, which were a fairly consistent pace, apart from where the greenkeepers had tried out their new "green iron" just in front of our competition round.
Bunkers seemed to have plenty of soft new sand in them.
Generally speaking a decent test of golf for such a short course.
