First time playing golf in a lot of years. I have committed myself to six refreshers lessons with one of the professionals at Abbey and after my first lesson took a chance to have a practice round and I found the refresher extremely helpful and the course itself to be in good condition helping me achieve a quite respectable opening score.

Played Abbey many times, always reasonable condition. Some good tight holes, making a score is never easy. They've taken out soms bushes so a bit easier. A good del for £10, a bit expensive as standard at weekends.

A deal on Tee Times £10 18 Holes, Tee time 1406, Great stuff, the ideal course for someone with my Handicap, I think it may have been something to do with my outstanding driving with my brand new Wilson deep red, this was a big help, hitting the ball straight.
Bad point: Fellows golfers not repairing divots on the green!!!
