Beautiful course and lots to challenge the intermediate golfer. As it's a pay and play course it can get busy which is annoying, but once you know the quiet times it's perfect.

Course was in super condition . Greens a little on the slow side and holes placed in some tricky positions.

Tees, fairways and greens all in excellent condition, Probably the best value round of golf in England! Pay and play includes a cup of tea and a free golf trolley if you need it. What more could you ask for.

Played today in the frost, as usual the course was presented to the highest standard possible. Weldone to the greensman. The course showed signs of having the fairways cut reccently though some courses in the area aren't managing to cut their due to the weather of late, once again weldone to the greensman. Even with frost on the course this course was still a joy to play. Yes the facilities are basic, but the welcome is friendly and the cost is fairly priced.

Great value for money. Front 9 hilly and challenging, back 9 long and flat with water hazards making it tricky, 18th hole is a nice hole to finish but can wreck your score!

A superb family run course making great use of the land previously used as farmland. There are basic ameneties - changing rooms, tea/coffee and always a hearty welcome. The course plays as two seperate 9s, the front 9 uses the hilly terrain well and the greens are superb. The back 9 plays like a links course and when the wind does blow can feel much longer. Excellent value, no booking required, if you're in the area it is well worth a visit
