Unfortunately since the reopening the course have decided to taken a step to increase the cost for a round from £10 for 18 holes to £12 for 9 holes. Which now makes it one of the most expensive courses. Even though their website indicates different. Was meet with a unhelpful response from the individual staff member.
Just to add we will not be playing there again. We drove from Cheltenham to play and passed many courses, we won’t be now.

Greens fine but rough pretty difficult. No discounts for off peak so probably would aim for better value at other local courses

Online booking??
Trying to book online but says every time i try no matter what day there are no times available. I tried phoning but just recorded message saying go to website. Disappointing because always been a good venue.Reviewer Rating

Course in good condition better than the weather strong winds and rain made scoring difficult but the greens ran true except for the wind. Club house still closed so no food or drink available at the moment

A lovely course
A course of two halves! The first nine holes are one side of a road and are on the side of a hill which makes you have to shape your shots to avoid them running off. The second nine, the other side of the road, is totally flat and all holes are a bit same-y. Don't let this put you off though as the 18th is an island. Well worth a visit.(Round played: Oct 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 19.7)

Good pay and play course
If you are looking for an option to just turn up and play around Stratford them this place ticks the box. No tee booking system means you can always get on the course. The greens are small and have some great slopes to make them a challenge if you wrong side yourself. For longer hitters you won't need your driver on all holes which I enjoy the strategy of planning your position for your second. Water comes into play on a number of holes and the 18th is great finishing hole.Reviewer Rating

We played the Parry Evans Golf Challenge here and the weather was good with the course providing a good test for all of us.

Very nice course with two different sets of 9 holes the first is very hilly and the second much more open and flat. Small use of water hazards which add to difficulty.

An easy course, the fairways are pretty wide with not to much trouble about should you hit it wide. The cousre is pretty flat. The greens were not in the best condition given the time of year, but it was an enjoyable day. Well worth a visit and will play again
