Good Value Golf
Twisted stone is a course I enjoy playing, the course is in good condition when it's dry but muddy when wet. It is very good value a two ball with buggy is £50.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 98 Handicap: 19.1)

A shadow of its former self
It's such a pity to see this course getting worse every time I play it - almost all of the course is in poor condition, I can't think of something that stands out as being normal for what you pay.Course is extremely wet and cannot drain - it hasn't rained for a few days but today we were playing into puddles on almost every fairway, not to mention mud. Fairways like rough, greens haven't been worth speaking of for the last two years. Granted we received a small discount due to the condition but it wasn't sufficient really.
Facilities are also being let go, a real shame and I wonder what the future holds. It's lovely to have this kind of pay and play course in the area but they really need to spend some money to survive.

I’ve played in better farmyards
24 of us played on 10 Feb and almost universally we agreed this was a terrible course.Even allowing for the recent snow it is obvious that little money has been spend. The course requires extensive drainage, tee boxes need to be clearly delineated and smartened up. Approaches to the greens needs weeds hacked back and paths require wood savings, gravel or tarmac.
The greens were atrocious with putts bumping around so that nothing was true
I remember playing this course some tears ago and it was much better than present.
Staff were friendly and the pro very knowledgable as was the starter.
In summary there are too much better golf courses in Surrey , Berks and Kent.

Getting better and better
Played this course many times over the years. The new owners really have taken this club by the horns with much needed investment especially on the greens. Must play in 2018!Reviewer Rating

Great Value course
18 holes for £15 on a great course, have played it many time before and its always wet but still managed to have a great time.Greens were good and bunkers were in great condition as I had to play out of them a few times. Cant fault this course for what we paid.

Rubbish
Course is in poor condition, it is a shadow of its former self. Was very disappointed and will not be going back. Very over priced for its state. Save your time and money and go to a better course.Reviewer Rating

Nice course but needs work
I play this course lots and for £15 twilight rate from 3pm it's good value. However course was in worse condition I've ever seen it to be, greens too slow with many bald patches, more bunkers GUR than playable and Tee boxes not very nice. Really hope management spend some money and get course in better shape as I always enjoy playing it.(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 88 Handicap: 17.8)

Could be a great course
The layout here is absolutely stunning with some awesome holes but the condition was awful. Patchy greens and after a bit of rain the fairways were sodden and torn up....Practice nets all ripped up and putting green a bit of a mess too, such a shame.Reviewer Rating

OK but wet
As is ofteh the case here the water can make the course soggy quite quickly. However stilll a lot better than when it was traditions. Keep up the good work!!(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 105 Handicap: 20.1)

Could be a great course but...
The layout of this course is really quite impressive making the most of the water features and terrain to provide an interesting and challenging round of golf. Unfortunately the maintenance of the course leaves a lot to be desired. Greens are in general poor and in some cases very bad with significant bare patches. Tee boxes could be much better too. This course needs significant investment if it is to compete with the many other first class courses in the area. At present the cost of play does not represent fair value. It should be mentioned that on our Society day, the food was both plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient.
