Played the course twice on a recent holiday visit, it is a very open course with a number of similar holes. A few signature holes including a par 3 over water and a par 4 with your approach dictated water on the left and 18 is a long par 5 but with the wind behind it is doable in two so have a go ! Gray course for higher handicaps and or juniors and buggy cost is reasonable at £18. It is a young course and will become tricky once some trees start to mature.

Excellent links type course....wet day but greens and fairways in excellent condition....staff friendly....clubhouse serves great snacks too....

value for money. Some really nice holes also some challenging ones. Play here twice a year whilst on holiday.

The course was fairly easy to play, not too many places to lose a ball, and the clubhouse and restaurant bar were very nice, I would recommend.

Myself and my two playing partners visited your golf course today and despite the appalling weather we had a very enjoyable round. This is the first time that any of us have played a "seaside links course" and we found it very challenging. The course was well presented and the staff and food was good. We look forward to being able to play the course again hopefully in better weather. Congratulations all at Heacham Manor Golf course.

Played in great weather..couple of fairways were a bit wet but 17 of the greens were great

Very nice course. Considering how wet things have been lately the fairways have held up reasonably well and I couldn't believe how good the greens were.
