What The Club Says
Welcoming, 9 Hole par 34 Course open to all on a pay and play basis. Designed in a links style with good large greens and the Heacham River winding through the 3rd and 4th hole. The par 5 eighth follows an ancient reed bed to finish with par three ninth in front of the club house, the course provides challenges for novices and the more experienced alike. A ten bay driving range is available to learn improve, or warm up prior to playing.

I have a soft spot for this course. It is very simple on paper, flat greens, wide fairways, and less than deadly bunkers, but the wind always makes the course, something of a challenge. The drainage is great, as the course lies on a chalk bed, so it's truly all year round, and being next to, and run by the owners of Heacham manor, a more premium course, it's really well maintained.Reviewer Rating

Holiday at the seaside
Searles is a course associated with a holiday park facility and is also linked, both physically and as a business with Heacham Golf Club. It has "links" feel and in certain conditions, like any seaside course, can play very much like a true links course. 9 hole layout to play 18 need to check in again with the office to make sure that the first tee is available within the booking arrangements.Reviewer Rating

Well worth a visit
A well kept links course on the Norfolk coast in Hunstanton. Although short, it has some challenging holes for even the most proficient golfer. The clubhouse has a wrap around decking area ideal for Summer meals/drinks. Restaurant and bar are open year round. Would highly recommend.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 55 Handicap: )
