What the club says: Welcoming, 9 Hole par 34 Course open to all on a pay and play basis. Designed in a links style with good large greens and the Heacham River winding through the 3rd and 4th hole. The par 5 eighth follows an ancient reed bed to finish with par three ninth in front of the club house, the course provides challenges for novices and the more experienced alike. A ten bay driving range is available to learn improve, or warm up prior to playing.

Holiday at the seaside

Searles is a course associated with a holiday park facility and is also linked, both physically and as a business with Heacham Golf Club. It has "links" feel and in certain conditions, like any seaside course, can play very much like a true links course. 9 hole layout to play 18 need to check in again with the office to make sure that the first tee is available within the booking arrangements.

Well worth a visit

A well kept links course on the Norfolk coast in Hunstanton. Although short, it has some challenging holes for even the most proficient golfer. The clubhouse has a wrap around decking area ideal for Summer meals/drinks. Restaurant and bar are open year round. Would highly recommend.

Played four rounds here in mid April. Course was in fantastic condition. Greens were excellent!!! Big thumbs up to the greenkeepers!!!! Good little course, not really a links course as described(more of a parkland course) but played different every day due to the change in wind direction. Some excellent short par 4s and for a short ish course really makes you think about your shots. Really friendly staff in the clubhouse and would definitely play here again. Only moan was the mats in the driving range could do with updating but apart from that would recommend to anyone. Great value for money as well, a midweek pass cost £25 for unlimited golf Tuesday to Thursday

I hadn't played here since the course was relatively new and the clubhouse was non existent. What a change. The clubhouse is great and staffed by friendly, helpful people.
The course was in excellent condition for early March with good, consistent greens.
The out of bounds areas and the river can play havoc with your score if you don't keep it straight or know your distances.
Plans are in place (and I believe work has begun) to extend the course and facilities in the next couple of years.

a lot more difficult than it looks,if your a hooker it wiil be a strugle to say the least with only two holes not having out of bounds to the left.if you keep to the short stuff you can score well, however miss the fairway you will find the devilish rough and normally only have a chip out to safety.the course is normally in great condition even in the summer months when it is extremly busy.
