Don't bother....

Took 3 hours to play 9holes,due to a society golf group who played of the White tees and could just not play golf.when we asked if they could stop using mobile phones and quicken up or let us through we where verbally abused and threatened.
We left the course and went back to the clubhouse we was told we would be phoned to discuss our complaints ....but no phone call ...shame play there every year for the last 6 years but...

The course couldn't have been wetter and more unplayable if it tried, puddles and mud everywhere on over half the holes. The greenkeepers were digging up the 18th fairway and wouldn't even let me use the tee. There's a restuarant at the hotel, but nowhere to buy drinks etc for your round and no pro shop for essentials. The greens didn't run overly true either.
All in all I was definitely disappointed. the layout has potential, but needs the drainage seriously sorting and the greens given more attention before I'd go again.

Paid £20 for a twilight round (after 4.00pm). General condition of greens and tees were good, and the fairways were fast running. Very little heavy rough, but plenty of small dykes/lakes to avoid.
The par 3's were playing very short, 7iron, PW, 8iron & 9iron but the 4 par fives were very challenging as water came into play on all three. Being Norfolk, the course is very flat, but close to the coast the wind makes it at least a 2 club difference. Off the yellows the course plays short, with only 1 par 4 over 400 yards.

Enjoyed our round. Good test for all standards with interesting holes. Views from the course and especially the clubhouse are great but unfortunately these will soon be gone as the wooded areas grow taller. Wouldn’t expect so many trees on a links course. Will returnReviewer Rating

Nice course, needs a bit more maturity
Tees need a bit more TLC, layout good but some confusion at end of 12th....Managed to play 16/17/18 before returning to play 13/14/15. A lot of work going on by building site affected the 14th hole. Greens varied.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 87 Handicap: 14.1)

Nice course. Played on a very dry day with a lot of run. Greens in good condition. Very friendly clubhouse and hotel attached.

Good course with recently built club house and changing rooms. Excellent place for a good value knock on holiday without having to fork out the green fees required to play Brancaster or Hunstanton.

Ok course , ok condition . little in the way of facilities but then again it only cost £17 for 18 holes of golf - you can't expect the world.

Tough...tough...tough! Not really in playable condition due to heavy waterlogging in places that just stopped any drive dead. Not helped by gale force winds coming in from the sea over the flat Norfold landscape making for real testing conditions. Having said that quite an interesting test and I will be back...in the summer!

A quite forgiving course
A slightly undulating course with several water hazards next to the greens. Big fairways on a lot of the holes and relatively easy to recover a wayward drive. First class clubhouse facilities and adjoining hotel. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Wide Open fairways
The course is a good challenge - open fairways, but strategically placed bunkers that focus the mind on second/third shotsMy only complaint was that the bunkers are very short of sand which made extracting myself from them challenging
