Great Course
Really enjoyed the round on the weekend at Heacham Manor. The course is laid out nicely with some challenging holes. This is found to be even more so when you are playing into the wind. The wind behind was welcomed on a few of the longer holes.Lovely facilities, clubhouse had lots to offer, but I settled for a coffee.

Matured nicely
I had only played Heacham Manor once and that was eleven years ago when it first opened. Today was an Open Vets Stableford and I found that the course had matured very nicely since that last visit. Fairways were in very good condition and where they weren't GUR was in operation. There are two fairways that a brook or river cuts across so make sure you know where they are before playing. Water hazards are a feature of the course with a short par three right over a pond/lake but what I liked was that if you wanted to you could bail out and take two to the green. Bunkers are plentiful but maintained well. The putting surfaces were running true as you read them. Facilities as you would expect for a hotel course were first class.Reviewer Rating

2nd time played this great course. Fairways needed cutting in places as there were parts this had long grass on in the middle of the fairway. When the wind picks up its a real challenge. Food and hotel great and staff and club members very friendly. There is a practise area that they could turn in to driving range just to finish it off. ( yes I know searles have one just up the road)

Heacham manor
Beautiful course in great condition, surprised more people do not use it. Weather was great and nice breeze from the sea.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 98 Handicap: 25.4)

Excellent links type course....wet day but greens and fairways in excellent condition....staff friendly....clubhouse serves great snacks too....

Myself and my two playing partners visited your golf course today and despite the appalling weather we had a very enjoyable round. This is the first time that any of us have played a "seaside links course" and we found it very challenging. The course was well presented and the staff and food was good. We look forward to being able to play the course again hopefully in better weather. Congratulations all at Heacham Manor Golf course.
