This was my first round of golf in 6months and 8weeks after major spinal surgery. On the whole I enjoyed it thoroughly but need lots more practice to sharpen game...putting was pretty good and only a few errors from the tee....

(Round played: Mar 2015 - Score: 46 Handicap: ) Had a groupon voucher for two players and included lunch and drink. Lunch was a pannini with nice cup of coffee. Staff were extremely friendly. After 9 holes we went into clubhouse. My son was contemplating buying a reduced price driver, after the head of his broke on 8th. Staff couldn't be more helpful and gave him a free bucket of balls to try some contenders on the range. Great service.
A nice day out but because it was over an hour away, may not return. However that said if ever I'm down that way will pop in for a round.

considering the weather the course is still playable where as the majority of courses near by are closed

excellent value for money as a member, the course is only nine holes but the drainage is excellent so do not miss games, greens kept well.

not as easy as it looks ideal for people that have trouble walking as there are no hills to contend with

A fairly easy course, very flat with a few water hazards but not a huge challenge, gets quite busy so the pace of play can get a bit slow.

They really need to sort the car park out. It's a mass of puddles, extremely muddy and therefore makes the footwell and boot of my car absolutely rotten. It's been like this for 18 months now, it needs to be sorted.
