What the club says: Set in a beautiful parkland setting with a hint of seaside links, St Augustine's is a popular 18 hole course that will appeal to golfers of all ages and abilities.
Visitors will be impressed with the attractive layout of the course that is home to a variety of wildlife. It is particularly attractive in the Spring with many trees in blossom, but the display of colour continues until late Autumn.
Established in 1908, St. Augustine’s is situated in the Pegwell Bay area of Thanet in East Kent. The club boasts a club house, bar and restaurant, along with a well-stocked pro-shop.

ST AugustinesGood course but hard with the wind, Try to avoid in the winter as the ground is below sea level but has had a lot of work done on the drainage the last few years. but in good nick in the summer.

in the summer it is a pleasant course to play
Good day out
great tree lined courseExcellent course, especially for this time of year.
A couple little pointers that would be helpful for any future rounds-
It can be quite challenging to find the next tee, additional signs would be very helpful.
Halfway house would be even better if they served alcoholic refreshments, would of topped off the day.
Bunkers were in excellent condition but lacking a bit of sand, they was very firm.
Overall it was a lovely course and we will play it again next summer.
Tricky lay out well worth a game
At least it's cheapPlayed here today. The pace of play was poor, the quality of the greens average and the layout of the course pretty boring. The wind provided a challenge, which I suspect is true year round.
However, for £13.50 on a Sunday afternoon for 18 holes of golf it's very good value. I won't rush back, but if looking for somwhere offering good value in the area I'd consider it. Similar in many ways to westgate and birchington.
BrilliantNice course some great testing holes and would recommend it to anyone to play there as its great vale u for your money
