Priced Out
Green fees now £55!! Compared to £37 for other courses in the area. Given its not in any better condition as others, I cant see why / how they've moved to that. Was £40 which meant was in our rotation of local courses, but this increase (possibly for summer) makes it unjustifiable vs other choicesReviewer Rating

Haven’t plAyed luton for some time course has deteriorated and would rate it as best in beds but an enjoyable track no bunkers bit odd for a golf course

No bunkers!
Really lovely woodland course with mature trees, the greens had been treated recently so we're slow and bobbling at the time.Reviewer Rating

course in good condition on a very windy front nine holes. All good and would play this course again sometime.

Well maintained, the greens are fast. There are no bunkers at all, not one. A short second cut on the fairways then two feet high rough. The buggy had gps on a screen or we would not have found our way round because you can't see any markings on the tee to say what hole it was. The pro shop was a window on the outside of the building (they said because of covid risk), the cafe or "brasserie" was quite expensive.

Good facilities, fair golf, expensive extras
Played on a "Sunday Driver". Two rounds of golf dinner, bed and breakfast. Accommodation and included food excellent. No draft beers, bottled very expensive (£6.50 for 0.5 Litre). Charged £4 for a very small bowl of crisps.£42 for a cheaper bottle of wine.Ball collection tractor at driving range broken. Had to wait for balls, while they were collected by hand. Chipping area very shoddy. Main course in excellent condition.
Poor signage.
Check in/out procedure not smooth (have to check in at mansion, then go to golf course area. Reverse on checking out).
Golf course green and lush. Quick greens. Some holes just a bit of a slog.

course playing very well in summer months with fine greens but a bit uneven in places overall a nice course to play but no bunkers!!

Very good course. Well worth a visit. The lack of bunkers remains a unique feature. Work in recent years to reduce amount of knee high rough has made the course much more playable and less penal for the higher handicapper.

Good course, greens were rolling very true. The rough is not forgiving many lost balls if you find it!
