Value for Money Course
Have played here a few times and for a Council run Golf Course it isn't that bad. The drainage isn't the best but the course was in a good condition with just a bit of surface water here and there.Reviewer Rating

Well maintained Council course
This council owned course is excellent value for money and well looked after. A couple of fairways have been damaged by non-golfers over lockdown but are now looking better. A couple of temporary greens but doesn't take away the enjoyment.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 96 Handicap: 26)

Another lovely round at a very good course
Despite the atrocious weather, the course played really well. There were a couple of temporary greens (7th & 18th) which weren't great but the rest of the course was still of an excellent standard. There's a lot of building work going on around the 1st tee/18th green but this doesn't impact the round in any way and shows the investment being put into the course.
My only grumble is that the signature 18th green was still not available to play but hopefully it will be back in action soon.

Very enjoyable day out.
Very good value for money, good challenge from the back tees. Greens are a little on the slow side but expected at a council run course. Some beautiful holes. Great to see investment being spent this does always happen a privately run clubs. Overall a fun challenging layout look forward to returning.Reviewer Rating
