What the club says: Woolton is a delightful golf course, with views across to the Welsh hills. The 18 hole 5747 yard par-69 course is a golfing gem and a challenge to golfers of all levels. A mature and testing course set in rolling parkland, with well bunkered greens and tight tree-lined fairways

not played Woolton for a couple of years and it was a real pleasure to play here course was in perfect condition throughout from tee to green a real must if you are in the area

Good Course

A bit nondescript
Not worth £40/round. Yes, fairways are tight, and there's a few bunkers, but nothing of note anywhere else on the course, streams, ponds etc. We tried to pick out a signature hole when we'd finished, but came up blank. Highly unlikely to play here again. We played Kirkby Valley the day before for £25 which was much better value for money.Reviewer Rating

Plenty of improvements
Such a different course since the improvements and should only get better.The longer holes are a challenge if us shorter hitters.

Played it tonight 4 July and usually not a bad word said about this Course but they are doing the greens and still charging full price to play soon as I got on to the first green I knew it was going to be a terrible game of golf straight away . Only not recommending it because oh the greens today

Massively improved course and club.
What a transformation, plenty of modernism around the club house during lockdowns they’ve used the time well.Still the best greens in liverpool and the course improvements with the ditches will hopefully help with the winter conditions.
