very poor condition. greens and fairways were really tatty with tyre tracks and sand trails all through. Many municipal are in better condition. £25 was far too expensive for the state of the course. really disapionted. Will not go back.

Played it tonight 4 July and usually not a bad word said about this Course but they are doing the greens and still charging full price to play soon as I got on to the first green I knew it was going to be a terrible game of golf straight away . Only not recommending it because oh the greens today

Great round
Enjoyed the course but it was a bit water logged.The kitchen doesn’t open for breakfast either which is a bit of a disappointment.

The greens and fairways where in very poor condition and the club house was closed when I wished to purchase some golf equipment. For a private course, this was not what I expected at this time of year

Never played here before as not a massive fan of parkland courses (especially inner city, finding balls in hundreds of leaves is not fun 
) but got invited by a friend who i have not seen in a while & our medal season has now finished.
The course in good condition given the time of year (greens decent seeing as they have been treated) i bet it is better in the summer.
Sadly though I did not realize it was so short. It felt like a glorified pitch and putt in places and not the most inspiring 1st hole to begin the round. Far to many par 4's that were well short of 350 yards. I really don't want to sound to disrespectful as I am sure the members will be happy there but its just way to boring in places. I don't know how else to describe it really but thought I would put up a honest review with more substance than "greens okay" for any potential visitors.

well as a private course i was expecting a great course. i was let down some greens were cut some wernt and every fairway had damage on it. not good for a private course played on better muni courses

very short most of the yellow tees off mats and some forward of the Ladies tees not on for the second week of April.

A bit nondescript
Not worth £40/round. Yes, fairways are tight, and there's a few bunkers, but nothing of note anywhere else on the course, streams, ponds etc. We tried to pick out a signature hole when we'd finished, but came up blank. Highly unlikely to play here again. We played Kirkby Valley the day before for £25 which was much better value for money.Reviewer Rating

Good course got time of year

Beautiful day and the course played well. The greens were solid and the fairways were true. The club house was freindly and welcoming. It's only a small course and not many hazards but a nice course.
