Really enjoyed it!
Cracking game at the weekend. Played in a 3-ball as 4th player let us down. Course in good condition, needs a little water but greens were great. The views and variance in holes here make it. Had a beer in the 19th with some friendly members also. 4 Hours 15 to get round which was more than acceptable, amazed it wasn't busier but can't complain when it's millionaires golf.Reviewer Rating

5 and a half hour round
Arrived on Saturday morning for breakfast and 18 holes as a 3ball. Everything went well untill we started our round. waiting on each tee for 5 to 10 mins. When we got to the 13th there were 7:four balls playing the 2 holes in front. There were obviously too many groups on the course. It was a shame because the course is a real test. pity money comes before player satisfaction!Reviewer Rating

Worth The Trip.
Played here today and yet again loved it. Some really great holes. Several blind holes where placement is the key. The par 3s are all great holes where you are hitting down hill so need to be very accurate or you are in trouble. The 15th is a superb Par 3, miss the green and you are in deep trouble especially short. Its quite a drop if short. I played it short went down to look for my ball and found 4 !!!. Overall a great track and well worth a visit. Recommend a buggy though up and down and several holes are quite a walk from green to next tee.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 12.1)

Challenging and picturesque course with great organisation.
I'm the organiser of a society of 20 golfers. We just came back from a long weekend in the Shropshire/Worcestershire area and played Wharton Park as one of the three courses. The weather was tremendous, which was a great help of course! The first view of the course is what looks like a ski slope facing you, the long par 5 up a steep hill. There are many more hills to come and a buggy will be a must on our next visit. The course makes fantastic use of some interesting contours and shapes and you are never faced with dull "up and down" golf, with the hole layout taking you on an interesting route through the terrain.
The greens were fast and true and the course itself was well maintained and defined. Some breathtaking views of local countryside were to be seen.
Slight negatives:
Very long round. May have been the society ahead of us or maybe slow members ahead of that, but 5 and a quarter hours is hard work. We'd have appreciated some marshalls chivvying play along up ahead as someone was responsible for some slow play. The bar is not that well stocked either. Very little choice on draught, with only bottled beers and ciders for variety. We'd have liked to have seen some more draught options available. Very minor quibbles though and didn't spoil our day at all.
The major blessing for me as an organiser was the superb communication from the course at all times, keeping me informed of minor tee time changes and making sure that all was in order for our visit. Very much appreciated.
We rarely return to courses so soon after playing, but we intend to play here again next year it was that good. Thanks to all involved for making it a great day.
If you're in two minds about this course, please don't be. The relatively low (compared to other courses nearby) green fee is tremendous value, not an indicator of a sub-standard course. I'd thoroughly recommend that you give Wharton Park a try.

Just joined!
Best course in the area bar none!Couldn't make original tee-time, but their staff went above and beyond to sort us a later time, along with a buggy which is a wise move here. Joined up with 2 other members who were great company.
Couldn't get a breakfast first thing, so unexpectedly a lad from the shop (Will) brought a bacon roll out to us on the 12th hole, now that's what I call customer service!!!
Course was a little wet on our last visit in March, but where wasn't, what a transformation in May
Pace of play fine although was a quiet day anyway.
Signature hole - has to be the 15th!!!
