Cracking course
Greens were in excellent condition which we haven't found at other courses lately. For a municiple its a well looked after course at a great price.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 87 Handicap: 16.2)

Great municiple course that is in good condition. Set up well for mid to high handicappers. Some nice short par 4's to build your confidence on

Rainy first round
Due to covid 19, this was the second week of the reopening of courses, I expected the course to be busy with golfers wanting to play, but it was empty(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 104 Handicap: )

More tic required.
Tinsley golf course has been one of my favourite public courses in Sheffield bit is in need of some tic as it is starting to look tired, recently the heavy and persistant rain has caused big pools which have just been left to drain in its own time causing the the grass to rot, turn black leaving a stagnant smell. Easy to get on, can be temps
Lovely course in summer, no problems with that .. in winter they do maintenance on the course and its often on temps and the temps are just a hole in the fairway. Some interesting holes and always a fun challenge, especially the 17th par 3 which is still yet to be conquered.Reviewer Rating

Great confidence builder!
Always enjoy playing here, quite an easy course, very forgiving. Worth its money and very well looked after.Definitely go.... and more so if you have had a couple bad rounds... this will boost your confidence
