Having played the course many times I was somewhat disappointed with the course condition. Perhaps the rain the previous day meant it was too wet to cut fairways and greens. Greens were slow and very soft. Ordered food and had to chase staff as it took nearly an hour to arrive ...

Great course but poor daytime facilities.

Two days of golf with work group. The course condition was fantastic with the exception of the bunkers which were hit and miss. Some nice and soft with others being rock hard. We stayed over night and accommodation and evening meal / service were great. The daytime bar was simply shocking. Meals and drinks missed, very very slow. Over an hour for a ham sandwich after finishing round.

Amazing Course

First time playing here and I loved it, really good test of your game, it felt like every hole I was saying wow. The 17th is amazing but I also loved the 8th. Only gripe was there seemed to be some issues with the restaurant, food took ages to come with lots of people complaining, felt sorry for the poor bar staff getting it in the neck.

Impeccable course!!

A true gem of a course. Some incredible holes, 8 and 17 really do leave an impression. When approaching the first tee, the visuals of the course are a sight for sore eyes. Very inviting first tee shot sets the tone for the round. Impeccable fairways and greens makes this course scoreable whilst also being challenging. Stay away from the thick rough and notably vast amount of bunkers and scoring can be low. As a mid-handicapper I would highly recommend this course for all abilities. I will most definitely be returning. Love the place!

All a bit dull

Its all very samey, loads of sand, lots of water, but it really does feel like playing golf in a Nature Reserve. Very good condition, but just not very interesting or exciting to play

Never fails to deliver...

Always our first outing of the year and this year no mud! Can be tough at the best of times with a strong breeze always prevailing. Great layout and some good finishing holes when the legs are feeling it. Couldn't enjoy the marvellous breakfast due to lockdown regs but still a great day.

Played a society day, course played long as it was soaked from days of rain but was playable. Greens were good and true. Some of the walks between greens and tees were very muddy and slippery. Always enjoy the challenge of this course.
