my local course, cheap and cheerful, but a good test, greens and bunkers could do with improvements, but not bad for a public course

Good value for money , tough course but greens not so good right now hope they inprove for summer .

long course but greens are very poor not helped by vandals, £12 per round with 2 18hole courses to choose from

the layout of the course is a bit complicated to follow if you have not played there before lack of signage between tee,s leaves you wondering around looking for the next tee the course was damaged by hooligans driving cars on it from a nearby estate

New layout, well worth a visit!
1st time playing the new layout and was a lot more enjoyable, have to say the quality of greens was much improved - they were a little slow at times but a lot of work has gone into them so a big thumbs up to the Greenskeepers.The one negative for me is with a new layout they could have removed some of the old hole numbers as it was a bit confusing at times but overall definitely worth playing and I will be back very soon.

Best value for money i have ever found. The course has been changed which is a pity but inevitable under the circumstances. Still an interesting and challenging course

The course over was in good condition but the greens were a bit in poor condition because maybe it has been too dry.

The course is very good for a council run course. It does need a bit more up keeping specially on the green. The grass needs to be cut a bit more often

Vandalised greens
Nice course in rolling countryside on the outskirts of Leed. Fabulous views of the city from some of the holes, but several greens vandalised by local youths on motor cycles and quad bikes spoils the experience.(Round played: Nov 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 23.6)

Course condition is improving every week. green keepers keeping the rough to a very short length between the fairways making it easy to play out off if your unfortunate to hit a wayward shot. Well done to them
