Course in good condition
Given the wet conditions of late, Stoke Rochford was a revelation. The course was in very good condition, with the greens playing at almost summer pace. It was strange to see the ball actually bounce. This strangely made the course harder to play as it was unusual to find a course in such good condition. The course played long, but was very enjoyable. I struggled on the greens but that was down to me, overall it was a pleasure to play and would recommend if your own course is closed, this is a great test of your game and well worth a look. Nice clubhouse and friendly staff.Reviewer Rating

Great fun - Great Layout
Well I have to be honest, given this courses location I had made a pre- judgement. I couldn't have been more wrong!They layout is fantastic, fairly wide in most parts meaning its nice and forgiving but better players can really make the most of it.
Some of the views are stunning each holes seems to have its own quirk.
The greens are the true defense with undulating surfaces which also have a few double tiers thrown in.
All round its a great course, definitely worth a visit if you are passing and I promise you wont even notice the main road!

A course in glorious condition
Having played many courses in this area, Stoke Roachford is by far the best course. It's unfortunate position on the Nothbound carriageway of the A1 should not stop anyone from giving this well kept and challenging course a go. The greens are in excellent condition, fast and very challenging. The fairways are plush and are in great condition, despite the lack of rain. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the food is good and reasonably priced. All in all an enjoyable visit to a great golf course.Reviewer Rating

Wonderful Course
Challenging course with some long par 4's but very enjoyable.The greens were in fantastic condition and the friendliness of the staff was second to none. The food was even better!
Highly recommend this golf course.

Lovely settings, Hilly course
1st time i've played the course today even though i only live about 5 miles away. Was a lovely course in very good condition. Was a nice testing course & it was a hilly course. Lovely way to spend 4 hours(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 89 Handicap: 17)

Beautiful fairways and challenging greens.
This course is well worth a visit. From the first hole there are challenges to be had. The fairways are kept in first rate condition and the greens are challenging and fast. Some very picturesque holes with views of Stoke Roachford Hall in the backdrop.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 77 Handicap: 11.9)
