it is ok but there is long grass and flag missing, hole 2 ,and nowhere to eat or drink, no toilets, and molehills on flag 3, fairway, but it is cheap and ok for a fun day, food rubbish and beer cans all over in bush and trees,

Lovely little course. I pop along as I\'m trying to get into the game and it\'s perfect for me to learn by playing holes without having to worry about fees, clothing, etc. Nice range of holes with a few bunkers and trees to make you think a bit. Sign-posting between the holes could be a little better - first time I almost played the 8th instead of the 5th but otherwise no complaints.

Very well kept course by the farmer that owns it. I often see him maintaining the fairways. Bargain at £5, there can't be anything negative to say about Ropsley.

Great little course for the beginner. I often take the kids as it's just £1 each (£5 adult) to play all day, and no rules on clothing to worry about. Ok, the greens aren't perfect, but are plenty good enough for a spot of practise.

Very cheap at £5 to play all day, no facilitys at all just fill in your car details on a card and put it with your money into a box in the car park. Course not great and greens in very poor condition but an ideal place to go to learn the game.

this course is a course tha looks like the middle of no mans land its grens can be mistaken for most golf clubs fairways. for only a pound this is brillent for teaching your first starters but for a weekend golfer go to a more chalanging course.
