Reasonable course ,bunkers not great, but for a public course enjoyable to play. Players need to replace divots and repair pitch marks to keep the place much better condition.Reviewer Rating

Needs some attention
I've played it many times but the course really needs some care and attention. It should be playing lovely this time of year, the greens are generally fine but the rough and semi rough were way too long and some of the bunkers are really neglected. The new management seem to be really investing in the facilities but the course really needs some attention too.Reviewer Rating

Worth a visit

Played of a lot of mats but thats probably to be expected this time of year .greens were ok . But still a great course to play .good club shop and great driving range . Looking forward to playing here in the summer

Value for money
I'm a weekday member and think it's good value for money.the bunkers are poor condition luckily I don't end up in them very often. It's the usual thing of people not repairing their pitch marks that let's this course Down.the greens are of a medium pace and not too challenging. Overall good for a public course.Reviewer Rating

Great course ,poor condition due to it being council run . Bunkers are solid, tee boxes are mostly uneven on slopes. Rough is too long so it is difficult finding your ball if not on fairway. Area round greens is awful.Greens are decent though. Stsff are very friendly. Food is decent. .

Always impressed with the course condition. Well maintained with good green staff. I do not visit regularly, but have seen continuing improvements on the course itself over time.

Very good for a public course, greens are in really good condition but could do with some work around the greens as they are a bit patchy. bunkers could do with some work as well, but overall its definitely worth a visit.

Obviously the weather is really not helping the course and vkearly no water is going on it .distinct lack of sand in all the bunkers.and far too many on the course that really aren't golfers .even had a 3 ball in front of me playing out of 2 bags

Play this course regularly. Has been very dry over recent weeks and it is beginning to show. Very dry fairways allowing for a lot of run on tee shots. Greens in good condition. The bunkers have always been a problem here. Thin sand and lots of stones.

OK course
It's a municipal course and pretty good for all that. The tee boxes are a bit challenging on some of the holes but other than that OK. Good test with some particularly challenging holes, 13 is a fun one and 14 for a short par 3 can be quite tricky.Reviewer Rating
