Excellent for a municiple, would be tricky in the wind, great conditions on the day for us.

The course was in much better condition than when we had played earlier in the year. Fairways well cut and prominent and hardly any daisys. Greens were in good condition

This is a true test of links golf the course lay out is very good when the wind blows so exposed your game can be under great pressure which is more often than not founded 1912 stands the test off time club house needs Sefton council to upgrade the facilities

Played here today. Definitely the best municipal greens I've played on they were better than most private clubs. Well looked after, plenty of interesting tee shots and greens. Well worth the £14. Very enjoyable.
