Course in magnificent condition
Usually quiet in the week but heaving post-lockdown. However pace of play good and the course has really benefited from the rest after a wet winter. Greens not as fast as they look but lush and well kept. Rough kept to a modest and fair amount. Enjoyable course with variety of memorable holes.Bar/restaurant closed at present but when open it is amongst the best

Singing Hills prides itself on offering a fantastic experience to golfers of all abilities and without doubt some of the best playing surfaces in the county most weeks of the year. All parkland courses in the area have suffered more than ever this Winter from unbearable rain fall through October 2015 into February 2016, limiting the amount of work that can be done & in our case keeping the course in its normal pristine condition.
Our head green keeper with the support of the members has taken the view, that to put heavy duty mowers on to already saturated ground would create far more long term damage to the course in terms of playability, looks & its recovery.
I think this is obviously reflected in your comments, but trust if you come back this Spring or Summer 2016 you will not be disappointed, the course will be as good as ever!.
