Course in very good condition. Greens have just been treated but running very true. Will definitely return soon.

Can't speak highly enough of shirley park. What stands out for me are the immaculate greens. Won't find better greens for miles. Even after torrential rain they seem to run incredibly quick and the undulations aRe very challenging. The par 3 7th is just as dramatic as the 13th at the addington. Very friendly club pro and the clubhouse is great.

The course was playing fantastic and the green are in superb condition and very receptive. Excellent facilities and a very traditional friendly club.

Having always lived in the local area for years, I\'d never played Shirley Park, but managed to get a great deal on a mid week afternoon tee time. As you walk through from the car park you get a great feel from the place with a large terrace patio area and 1st hole. \\We played from the yellow tees and its not a long course but the rough has been grown up to a length that reminds you to keep it on the fairway.\\For the money you pay the greens and tees were in superb condition, not the quickest but very true. We found that the holes were vaired and if you enjoy thinking about your 2nd shot as oppose to blasting a driver on every hole then you\'ll enjoy it.\\The 2 best holes on this course are the 7th a lovely 165 yard par 3 with absolutely no room to miss on the left and the 9th par 5 500 yards but plays alot shorter where again missing left is hole over.\\The 18th is probably worth a mention as well, as its a short par 5 which is easily reached in 2 and hopefully finishing your round on a high.\\Probably the weakest hole was 17. A 200 yard par 3 but you can\'t see the green, but just a tall flag. For me it takes out all of the fun of a par 3 as you\'ve no idea if you\'ve hit the green until you get there. \\Additionally the halfway house is brillant as is the selection of beers (fullers) in the bar. Also friendly members and staff. Will definately play again.

With such a poor winter, the courses in the South of England have had a dreadful time. However this course seems to have fantastic drainage and is back in great shape so early in the season. The greens are always great, and the service second to none. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic venue. Best club in the area, with some of the quickest and truest greens in Surrey. A must play. Very friendly bar after the round, made to feel welcome by the staff.
