An 18 hole, par 71, private, parkland golf course designed by Herbert Fowler and opened in July 1914. One of the friendliest golf clubs in Surrey and also open to visitors. Located near East Croydon.

Awful

Started off with a rude member who was angry a society was playing his course! Wish i could have seen him after as i would have told him he is welcome to his course as it was awful. 16 tee?s off mats. 2 temporary greens. Fairways poor(playing off mud) and greens sodden and ball bounced instead of rolled.

Mr Bill

The golf curse was fine. However, the hospitality was poor and a lot of the people there were quite rude.

Very nice but very heavy

Probably not the best time of year for this course. It's a very nice layout but is very muddy and wet. Greens run true but are very wet and slow.
Excellent clubhouse and a very friendly welcome, even from the members that were following our society. (Poor souls)
TBH they could have made more effort over the food. Had to wait ages.
