Little gem!
First time playing here and throughly enjoyed it. Some stunning views on some of the holes and dry tricky indeed. Nice layout and a very friendly club.Reviewer Rating

Very nice but very heavy
Probably not the best time of year for this course. It's a very nice layout but is very muddy and wet. Greens run true but are very wet and slow.Excellent clubhouse and a very friendly welcome, even from the members that were following our society. (Poor souls)
TBH they could have made more effort over the food. Had to wait ages.

Awful
Started off with a rude member who was angry a society was playing his course! Wish i could have seen him after as i would have told him he is welcome to his course as it was awful. 16 tee?s off mats. 2 temporary greens. Fairways poor(playing off mud) and greens sodden and ball bounced instead of rolled.Reviewer Rating

Very wet
Possibly the wettest and muddiest course I've played for some time. Leaves are a major problem, despite the greenstaff being out with a blower. To think that we haven't had that much rain and the trees are actually holding their leaves, I wouldn't want to be playing here in a couple of weeks time. All of the above contributed to a very slow round, with plenty of ball searching going on.That said it really is a good course, just play here in the summer.

Challenging, interesting course
Played a twilight round on a weekday. Fine conditions and course very well maintained. Challenging layout with plenty of interesting holes, and ups and downs. You are never far from trouble - lots of places to lose your ball - definitely a premium on hitting it straight. And the undulating greens were tricky. But overall I loved it.Reviewer Rating

A technical challenge
It's my home club and offers a better technical challenge than any other played in year which was admittedly a bit more limited than usual.Reviewer Rating
