The course was in good condition. Had reasonable round playing it for the first time. Would definitely play again.

It's always good in at Sale. A really friendly club made welcome,by the staff Lovely greens and tees and plenty of variation in the holes despite being the flood plain. There are a few raised tees and greens and plenty of dog legs making you think about your shot. The only critisim is you don't get to use driver as much as you'd like. But great value all the same.

Excellent course and so kept.

Greens were wet but in fairness it had rained a lot the previous 3 days. Club only charged £10 fee which was very fair in my opinion. Friendly staff, great facilities would recommend again.

Conditions good but following a lot of rain. Greens bit damp and spongy (making a bit bobbly).
Attractive undulating parkland course running along side the mersey. Interesting holes demanding accuracy. Course suitable for all handicappers.
Enjoy playing it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

The view is great from the first tee and you can't wait to get on to the next one. Other than the challenging and badly designed (in my opinion) 4th hole. Great day out.

Course was very challenging and enjoyable, although it was suffering a little from the winter weather. Facilities we're excellent with putting / chipping greens, practice nets, practice holes and driving area. I look forward to playing again when the weather improves!

I recently played here for the first time with a friend on a 2fore1 voucher. Was very impressed right from the start! Club shop was well stocked and the pro in the shop could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The course itself is not the longest at less than 6000yds of the yellows but it was in immaculate condition. The tee boxes were well maintained, fairways were superb and the greens were the best I've played on in this country this year! A thinkers course to plot yourself a round but there are oppurtunities to open the shoulders up! Went for a pint afterwards and the grand club house was inviting and the staff friendly, however £7.50 for a bottle of cider and a pint of lager does seem a little on the steep side.
