Great course worth playing
First time playing at Sale, friendly welcome in clubhouse & pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course in great condition, greens true and good speed. Design is good as no one hole the same, need to think around a few. Nice & flat an easy walk round. Well worth playing, will be back for sure(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 76 Handicap: 6.3)

The jewel of the Mersey Valley
Excellent parkland course on the banks of the River Mersey. The course is a fair but good challenge and does not favour players with a fade or a draw, and is kept in excellent condition.The staff & members are very friendly, and the food & drink in the clubhouse is all very tasty.
If you haven't been, make sure you put it on your list and visit soon.

Excellent course

best course in the area by far. The view down the 1st fairway from the tee says it all and the fairway is like a carpet. Very welcoming and friendly members.

Excellent tees, fairways and greens, very well drained. Played Nov when had wet weather and other courses in area getting very damp. Finished round and shoes hardly need cleaning. Cost £15 through teeofftimes.co.uk when usually £40 can see why, what a bargain, will definitely be back. Didn't use any other facilities ie bar so cannot comment. Score 113 handicap 28.
