greens in fantastic condition given the very wet weather for the previous 7 days, course quiet, no waiting, good variety of holes, will go again

Excellent Parkland course

not played sale for about 4 years not disappointed all parts of the course were in great nick from tee to green will be back soon

The course and layout was great but the greens needed rolling and mowing. It had been a wet week in the run up to our game so maybe we were unlucky, but this course is well worth a visit.

Scenic parkland course. Playing very wet and several winter greens. Greens in reasonable condition but just being brought into condition following winter. Suits all handicappers.

Really good round for early December, with the course in pretty decent shape, and friendly staff in the shop.

It's always good in at Sale. A really friendly club made welcome,by the staff Lovely greens and tees and plenty of variation in the holes despite being the flood plain. There are a few raised tees and greens and plenty of dog legs making you think about your shot. The only critisim is you don't get to use driver as much as you'd like. But great value all the same.

Greens were wet but in fairness it had rained a lot the previous 3 days. Club only charged £10 fee which was very fair in my opinion. Friendly staff, great facilities would recommend again.

Conditions good but following a lot of rain. Greens bit damp and spongy (making a bit bobbly).
Attractive undulating parkland course running along side the mersey. Interesting holes demanding accuracy. Course suitable for all handicappers.
Enjoy playing it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone
