Lovely parkland course in a nice setting

Very busy for a sunday later afternoon and so a lot of hanging around tee to tee.
Good condition course although one green had water in the middle which could have been cleared up

Pleasant welcome in the pro shop as a visitor and got round quickly late on a Sat afternoon after a competition. Fairly bland, flat and open front nine but things pick up on the back nine with more changes in elevation and dog legs. A few dry bare patches in areas you shouldn't really be in and greens in reasonable nick for the time of year. Fine looking clubhouse - shame about the concrete block extension. Planners!

Played this course end of September 2015 whilst on a golf break in the area. The course was well presented and a joy to play. A good test of shot making for golfers of all abilities. The young guys in the Pro Shop were very helpful. The clubhouse is something to see --bright and welcoming. Staff made you feel at ease. Will play this course again soon.

Great weather and views around East lothian. Still on a few winter greens. Otherwise course playing well.

An excellent old-style parkland layout near the sea. Lots of space off the tee and pretty flat. Very grand clubhouse and course is in great condition

Excellent course with many dog-legs. Bar staff not really that helpful or apologetic as we didn't get our coffee and filled rolls which were part of our booking!

unable to access the clubhouse, despitch buzzing for 10 minutes. Course itself is very good, and an enjoyable game.

Course was in goof condition. Greens were very good. Not really a lot to fault the course with. Its a tight course that might not suit a higher handicapper and there is quite a few dogleg holes.

royal musselburgh is a pritty short but tight course the rough is really thick to get out of aswell greens in top nic aswell was havy rain the night before and the course held out really well dident go into the clubhouse to not rating it £45 to just walk on off the street deffo not worth that for a game
