A really well set up course - a little bit up hill and down dale but very enjoyable and challenging course to play, particularly in the wind!!

Friendly staff and nice welcoming place. Course does not present to many challenges for a decent handicap golfer but so expect to shoot low! Fairways could do with a little more attention in places. Greens on this occasion a bit unpredicatable as had recently been fed and spiked but usually they are very good

Only played the par 3 18 hole course in winter time, off mats but on correct greens. Ideal if you want to practice your short game, or only have a couple of hours to get a game in. Good bar, pro shop and driving range.

1ST 9 holes on the flat back 9 in the gods, fortunatly they take you up to the 10th in a buggy otherwise you would need oxygen. phew ! need to be a mountain goat on the back 9. only for the fit.

Courses immaculate, great value

Our annual visit to enjoy what we consider is the best overall package of a golf day that we enjoy. The par 3 is always the best we ever play, the main course greens were superb and like lightning. Rough was high which makes it a slightly slower round when the higher handicap players are having to use their 3 minutes every hole to search for balls. Disappointing to see rubbish spilling out of the bins on a prime weekend day and the toilets were a mess from whatever went on there Saturday night. But overall you cannot fault the golf, which is what we go for. Thanks to Tom there for organising it all. We will be back as no-one else can beat this overall package mainly because of the quality of the par 3 and main course.

Great condition

Always seem to be loads of people working on the course and keeping it in decent nick. Always a challenge and a good walk although the back nine is hard work if you're out of condition!

Play coarses all over area best coarse of the 4 in the notts area full of character back 9 like stocksbridge sheffield slow play by couple in front but def plat again price spot on as well 30 with buggy
